Premier Property Services, a Homeowners Association Management Company, is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for inputting and reviewing accounts payable. In addition, you will be tracking insurance policies for our Associations and working with other reports using Excel Worksheets. This position will evolve over time and may take on tasks for Accounts Receivable to expand the position and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

· Upkeep and entry of data in our A/P software

· Work with vendors on their invoices

· Perform data entry and administrative duties

· Receive, code, and approve invoices

· Keeping up Insurance Policies

· Maintaining various Excel Worksheets

· Maintaining department email account and act on incoming emails

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping is preferred

· Able to easily learn multiple software applications

· Must be proficient in Excel

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task

· Strong organizational skills

· Must be very detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
